The Aravali Shikshan Evum Anushandhan Sansthan Neemkathana was founded in 2003 with the moto “Shaping the Rural Talent”. Since then the Institute has grown into a "Shiksha Sankul" in a short span of time and serving its purpose of establishment very well.

The Society Registered under Rajasthan Society Act, 1958 (Registration No. : 127 Sikar/2003-04) at Registrar of Societies Office, Sikar (Rajasthan). The Society also enjoys the status of registration with Income Tax Deptt. Under income tax act 12A and has privilege of Income Tax exemption under Acts 80G and 10(23C). Society run Educational Institutes since 2004.
